Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and handed over to our shipping carrier. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping time depends on your location and begins after your order has been dispatched. While exact times can vary, you can expect your package to arrive promptly. Please note that international shipments may face customs delays beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If your address is incomplete or flagged by our system, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, your order may be canceled.

If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, contact us at hello@cosinest.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this time frame.

Delayed Deliveries

We know timely delivery is important. While we process orders quickly, occasional delays can happen due to things like weather, transit issues, or holidays. We’ll always keep you in the loop and assist however we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. Then, reach out to us at hello@cosinest.com — we’re happy to help follow up and may offer a replacement depending on the situation. Please note that lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy.
